By accessing and using the services provided by Taut Secure ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Taut Secure provides comprehensive security solutions including but not limited to:

• CCTV surveillance systems installation and maintenance
• Access control systems
• Alarm and monitoring services
• Home automation solutions
• Security consultation and assessment
• 24/7 monitoring and support services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to our customers.

As a customer of Taut Secure, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during service requests
• Maintain the security of your account and access credentials
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not interfere with or attempt to compromise our security systems
• Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
• Grant necessary access to your premises for installation and maintenance

All services are subject to our current pricing structure. Payment terms are as follows:

• Installation fees are due upon completion of work
• Monthly monitoring fees are billed in advance
• Maintenance and repair services are billed upon completion
• Late payments may result in service suspension

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your data. Our privacy practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Data Collection: We may collect and process personal information necessary to provide our services, including contact details, installation addresses, and system access credentials.

Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Taut Secure's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Equipment Warranty: All equipment installed by Taut Secure comes with manufacturer warranties. We provide additional warranty coverage as specified in your service agreement.

Service Support: We provide 24/7 technical support for all our services. Response times may vary based on the nature and urgency of the issue.

Maintenance: Regular maintenance is included in our service packages. Additional maintenance visits may be scheduled as needed.

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice as follows:

• 30 days written notice for monthly services
• 60 days written notice for annual contracts
• Immediate termination for breach of terms

Upon termination, you must return all leased equipment and pay any outstanding fees. We will provide assistance with equipment removal and system deactivation.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
